check in was quite simple, and the staff were helpful. breakfast had eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, and fruits, good. the location felt safe, a quiet area enabled needed rest. a nearby metro station enabled quick trips to the duomo, perfect for exploring local culture.
I found the on-site listing inaccurate. Laundry wasn't available, a significant inconvenience. this absence impacted my stay, as finding external facilities took additional time. i think it's crucial this information is updated.

the hotel is located close to the metro. the room was very spacious and air-conditioned. buffet breakfast included items you would expect. i enjoyed my stay and i would consider returning if i visit again.
pillows were not supportive. the bathroom is quite dated. the reception area also looks a little tired.
